I clearly started this!

Alright, alright, alright, haha, I actually mean this! I don’t even remember how long ago this was when I decided to purchase my beautiful colouring in book by Millie Marotta “Animal Kingdom”.

Seriously this is most certainly one of the best ways to relax and let your mind drift without any control (jesus that’s quite deep stuff here). Now you guys can trust me on this, I am an expert on doing all the things we loved to do as children in order to release stress and just kinda be a kid again (you know the whole no worries in the world type-of-thing)! I’ve got a set of play-doh because OH MY LORD it is the best – don’t believe me? I dare you to try it just buy one little box of play-doh and just make some animals with it! God it makes me so happy!

And the absolute same goes for colouring-in books. They are especially great for people like me who are not particularly talented when it comes to art (in fact me trying to draw something actually would just make me angry and totally defeat the purpose!). Once again I will dwell on my favourite topic it seems: We live in world so full of stimuli everywhere that it will only eventually result in sensory overload and we will all go mad (and end up crazy cat ladies like me hahaha). I guess what I am trying to say here is that colouring in just takes your mind of constantly processing all that stimuli. It can let your mind wonder without any restrictions and on top of that it’s just all pretty colours which will automatically make you happy, right? Right! 🙂

What do you guys think?

Stay freaky and see you soon.
